I know OP is far off from middle but TRY is pretty far IMO to drive to (and in the wrong direction for any downtown or hill commute) so that is kind of deal breaker for me as far as TR is concerned. It doesn't provide a MS that our family can logistically deal with so I'm not going to consider TR4 even though we could mange the commute ther easily. Just another thing to think about.
