DS is 2.
DW was a dead ringer for Demi-Rose Mawby prior to our marriage. She used to get looks wherever she went and she knew it, she relied on her looks for a very long time and was a cocktail waitress when we met. Since then she’s been a SAHM and there’s really no excuse other than she got “comfortable” and had DS. Her body hasn’t gone back to the same since. She’s always had a voluptuous body type and it’s what attracted me to her in the first place.
The change in her body has hit her really hard.

She needs either a new therapist or a new approach to therapy. Is she doing CBT? It can be enormously helpful with intrusive thoughts.

She needs a better doctor and therapist. Whatever they are doing isn't working. Or he isn't following their recommendations.
I have anxiety. Sometimes reasonable is not a possibility.
