Highly strange then to use the term no go zone then. Paritucarly when she just mentioned how the state is supposed to have a monopoly on power. The term no go zone has a particular meaning in Europe. Why else might she say that you have to call it by name?
Why not just call it a high crime area?
I note you did not respond to the head of the Police Unions fears, nor that of the Belgian Interior secretary.
I can't account for the words Merkel uses and I actually doubt that the term "no- go" has a particular meaning in Europe. This is a term mostly used by American Islamophobes. If there were actual Muslim-controlled areas of Europe, it wouldn't require tea-reading to figure it out. Reporters or individuals could go to those areas and see if they exist or not. As it is, stupid Americans makes fools of themselves using the term and get laughed at by people who actually live in those cities.
But, again, this is all an effort to distract from Islamophobes at the highest levels of our government. These people refer to the McCarthy-era witch-hunts for communists approvingly and want to replicate them to weed out Jihadis from the US government. They literally believe that people like Grover Norquist are allied with Jihadists to bring down the US government. You can worry about Eurepean cities all you want, but having people who believe in anti-Muslims conspiracy theories at the top of our government is a much more pressing issue. Why do you insist on changing the subject unless you approve of such people?
