I am sorry but you're quoting statistics from the 1960s when most mothers who had babies at that age were impoverished, and already had huge numbers of children in their homes.

These mothers having children in their 40s are wealthy and look after themselves. The statistic however has not been updated for over 50 years and idiots like you trot it out at any given opportunity.

not many but i know even fewer women who are almost 50 and froze eggs 20, 30 years ago. it was not that common, she had little reason to do it and it's very debatable if eggs frozen decades ago with old technology would survive thaw in 2018.

Way to pull things out of your ass. Tina Fey was really up front about her struggles to decide whether to have another because her child wanted a sibling. She got pregnant naturally at 40, which, especially since she already had a five year old, is really not that unbelievable.

I know 3 women who got pregnant over the age of 45, naturally. It is possible.


This is my family. My sister is 52 with menopause nowhere in sight.

Several natural pregnancies in our family conceived mid/late 40s.

I am 48. Got pregnant on first try at 35 and 38. I am staying on the Pill until menopause (for other reasons as well; cleated by GYN).

I wouldn’t assume anything. Not your business.

i don't think your odds are 0.0001% especially if you were very fertile previously. they could easily be 10-15%.
