I'm nearly positive Sean Hannity wears these with blue jeans and a blazer 5x a week. or maybe there's a slightly different style, but for sure black GUCCI loafer

Hmm true. There is a slightly less dressy weekend day uniform. Which is usually a more casual button down and khaki pants with a more casual loafer etc. I'm really talking about work uniform, church uniform, dinner party, go to the club for drinks in a blazer uniform.
