Op here. Am just cutting out foods with added sugar. Worst were days 2 and 3. Truly felt incapacitated. Drank lots of water and buttered toast. Not sure if it did anything nutritious but it was comforting. Have had a few slip ups but no major binge. Am sleeping better but clothes a bit tighter. One thing at a time though. Thanks for all the support!
