I had the same reaction - it does not compute.
We are a quesadilla and pizza free home...neither my choice. Lol
Stand up for your rights, PP! Do we need to start a GoFUndME? A hashtag movement? We've got your back.
Sniff. Thank you!!

Now, for OP - just make him a peanut butter & jelly sandwich - ordering pizza on Friday nights is about making an easy dinner for the family at the end of a long week. I get it. So just throw together a PB&J for your child and call it done!
(as he gets older, he'll start making his own PB&J or microwaving leftovers)

Looking back, I did this because I was grasping for control.
Anyway, I'm sorry.
Ha! OMG, PP - you are hilarious.
Have you gained control? Are you still a control freak? Readers want to know
I have! Well, some. I'm probably more of a control freak than some and less than others.
My singled mom was a control freak. I really think the pizza renunciation was a response to her BS.
I think it was around 4 that I gave up pizza. I think it was about 4 years later that I 'tried' it and though to myself 'Why on Earth am I not eating this?'
I went on a few hunger strikes as a kid as a control thing. Even pizza didn't get me out of it.
My college roommate did this as a child, too. He used to proudly say that as a toddler he 'renounced the world'.
Was your college roommate Kanye?
No but he was, and still is, a musician. And back then he had delusions of grandeur, but not on Kanye's level.
Ha! You KNOW I had to consult Professor Google! I'd love to know Sweet Things' reaction to being mentioned on DCUM![]()
Was he one of the Blowfish?![]()
Not quite.
His band has a song called "cocaine asslicker blues".
^ ^ misplaced response
I will ask!
Actually no I won't.
He won't like that I said he had delusions of grandeur.
Ha! You HAVE to risk it, PP! Maybe he'll write a song about it![]()
It may be too late, PP! He probably Googles the bands name regularly and this post may appear. Allow me to assist ...
Sweet Things Band Sweet Things Cocaine Blues Sweet Things Speghetty Town Records
You are welcome!
I like you. I was just thinking how boring dcum had been lately ...
