You're 44 ffs. By now you should have developed self-esteem outside of breast perkiness.

Yes OP, you ARE being selfish. No amount of plastic surgery is going to change your mental image of yourself. You can’t seem to handle the idea that you’re not 18 anymore. Grow up and enjoy your life and give yourself to your husband who seems to enjoy you as you are.
You could be someone who was never conventionally attractive, so maybe you don't get it.
Everyone ages differently. Not all women will have boobs that sag, some will have permanent pooches (or not), some will get flabby arms (or not). Some woman may be fine with her arms but want a tighter tummy or vice versa. It not about aging or a dissatisfaction with her looks in general. OP has one thing she'd like to change, and there is really no reason why she shouldn't, not even her kids.
Also, OP's body doesn't just exist for her to "give herself to her husband". Her opinion of her body matters here, more than his ultimately.

Not OP, but a PP who posted I got a tummy tuck after having kids. That was 8 years ago. I've wanted to do nothing since. So sometimes it is as simple as you just want a procedure done and that's it. Sometimes you don't need a therapist, you just want a damn boob job. The end.
What's your HHI? $5K at a lower HHI is significantly more meaningful than at a higher HHI.
