I'll know what city and generally whether he is flying or taking the train (lots of trips in the Acela corridor) but that's about it. Same for me, I'll tell him where I'm going and when, but I don't bother with flight details or hotels.

DH’s assistant makes his travel plans and forwards me a copy of all reservations. He tends to travel to the same places and stay at the same hotels.

Some years ago he used to provide both with anticipation. He lately has been send me info from the airport.

I've never provided itinerary info to my husband. He doesn't travel much so it hasn't come up.

My AP gives me extensive information about his work travel schedules though, and I realize that I really appreciate it, and am very happy to know where he is and how to find him.

Flight and hotel usually yes in less he forgets. Daily, he'll tell me if he's going off site but usually we text all day as he's bored at the conferences. If he's as a worksite no but he'll check in.

He doesn't print it out persay but he'll volunteer the details if it comes up in conversation.

All of my husband’s work table is organized by an agency and they send him one big itinerary with flights, hotels, etc - sometimes even restaurants. He just forwards that to me. It’s handy to be able to track when he’ll be home by checking his returning flight status and I like knowing the hotels in case husband cell phone doesn’t work and I need him. This is all international travel - I think I’d care less if I knew cell service would be reliable.

He sends me a copy of the confirmation emails. Our shared calendar is also automatically updated through hocus pocus computer magic.

I'm not sure what the OP meant by "itinerary." My husband tells me his travel itinerary, as in which flight (he just puts it in the calendar so I have the times and flight numbers) and he'll usually mention which hotel, although we don't always discuss that. And when he's unavailable via phone (he does classified work on military vessels), he'll give me the number of someone I can contact if I have an emergency. But he does not give me his day-to-day itinerary, so unless he mentions it I have no idea where he eats or who he's with or where exactly in whatever city he's traveling in he is.

Ha, me too. Husband travels all the time. Usually he'll tell me he's in whatever city the next couple days but I often forget since the travel is constant. Have fun in Cleveland! I'll text him. And I'll get a text in return, "just landed in Atlanta". Oops. Not a big deal, we keep in touch throughout the day via text. Sometimes face time. If anything happened and I needed to know where he was, I could always contact his secretary, or I know his log in information for his airline accounts.

Yes. My travel system at work is set up to send the itinerary to me and one copy to him. His does the same.

I travel for real estate. I give my wife the flight and hotel info since I usually book through Expedia or whatever. Aside from that she doesn't have like my day to day schedule. I'm an adult not a teenager.

He takes the text of the confirmation email and puts it on our shared google calendar. I only look at the flight numbers coming home, but I know where to get the other info if I need it. Also I can see his location on my iPhone.

when he's flying, DH generally does. If nothing more than it's usually Southwest and he wants me to get his boarding assignment 24 hours in advance. When he's driving he generally doesn't. I used to be a little anal about it, "But I need to know where you're staying in case of emergency!" but after several years of his frequent traveling all I need to know now is when he's leaving and when he's returning.
