It’s not about cheating. And it’s not a diet. It’s a way of living by making healthy, filling choices in reasonable portion sizes. You don’t go off this once the weight is lost. OP can eat the yogurt and count it as zero points. AND she can count anything added that does have a point value, such as a teaspoon of sugar. That’s not cheating. That’s just doing the program. It’s what I like about Weight Watchers—nothing is off limits. You just have to count it.
I have my Greek yogurt with fresh berries every morning. That is zero points. Like another poster suggested, try some different brands of plain nonfat Greek yogurt as each one has a different taste. I’m fine with Choboni or the Kirkland brand from Costco.
