I use the hairdryer for my roots and the revlon for everything else.
Why did this not occur to me before now? Once of the few drawbacks of the revlon imo is that it doesn't straighten my curly/wavy hair very well at the roots. Small sacrifice to make for hair that takes 7 mins to dry and style as opposed to 20.
Other cons:
Heat source very close to your hair, so heat protecting spray is strongly suggested.
Bristles can bend and break. Clean the stray hairs out often, just like you would from your round brush.

Overall I'm still a huge proponent. My hair is curly in the back and finer and straighter in the front. It is NOT wash and go hair. I have a long bob that I either blow out and wear straight or add beachy waves to with a flat iron. The revlon has made my routine so much shorter, absolutely worth it.
