We've decided to slow down a bit. Twice a day is too exhausting for DH. I should have married a younger guy.

I resolved to be better about this after I finished nursing our last baby (nursing totally kills intimacy for me in multiple ways). That was 15 months ago. I try to make something happen at least every other day unless I’m in my period (and I will offer up at least one BJ during that 5 days) or one of us is sick. So we’ve managed 7 times of some sort of activity so far this year.

5 times in the last two days. Do you ladies track your ovulation? You should, you’d know when you’re really revved up and can turn into a sex kitten on a dime.
