I don't believe they were normalizing naziism in that movie.
You are wrong.

Merely noticing that teens have cleavage (breasts) without becoming sexually aroused renders an adult (of any gender) a pedophile. Does seeing a baby's genitals at a public diaper change make me a sexual predator too? Strange, I thought arousal and sexual fantasy was key here, not the mere sight of the child's sexual parts. Everyone has genitals.
It wasn't merely seeing breasts and moving on:
ELAINE: Look, I don't like people talking about my shoes behind my back, okay? My shoes are my business. The two of you shouldn't have been looking at some fifteen year-old's cleavage anyway!
GEORGE: He poked me!
JERRY: There was cleavage in the area. That's a reflex - <mimics nudging someone with an elbow> - cleavage-poke, cleavage-poke...
ELAINE: But she was fifteen.
JERRY: You don't consider age in the face of cleavage. This occurs on a molecular level, you can't control it! We're like some kind of weird fish where the eyes operate independently of the head.
He saw them. Pointed them out to a friend and then said you don't even consider age when you see them. That's different from seeing a baby have her diaper changed a moving on.
Classic case of projecting. He wrote that script while he was dating a teenager.

My grandmother was 35 or 36 years old when she started seeing the man who became her second husband. He was only seven years older than my uncle at the time, and eleven years older than my mother. He was only 18 or 19 years old when they started. Is there something wrong with that age difference? Is there a difference when the difference is between a much older woman and a younger man?
FYI, they were married for 51 years, so it worked out.
Mbd...both adults. Not relevant.
But people are lambasting Jerry Seinfeld for dating a 17 year old, and how that is sick. I don't see the difference between a 36 year old man dating someone half their age and a 36 year old woman doing the same. If one is socially inacceptable but the other is, then we have an unfair double standard.
