I increased my activity - I walk approximately 8 miles a day now and I decreased food intake (I was nursing my last baby as I packed on the weight even more) and changed my diet a bit, mostly cut a lot of mindless starchy carbs. So where I'll still feed my family rice or pasta or something, I will sub in an extra helping of vegetables for myself.
That is awesome! I’m a runner and couldn’t do that mileage in a day. How long does it take? Although I’m very active, my feet and ankles get achy after awhile, even with supportive shoes. Keep up the good work!
