I have an MPH and there were a lot of government and think tank jobs available to me once I got my degree. So I am glad I did it.

It isn't necessary for good reporting, but the bias in hiring is almost as bad as in law firms.
Mike Royko would never be able to get a job today.

I know plenty of MBA's that received decent promotions/new jobs or careers after competition of their program. Obviously these degrees are from Top 50 programs

Yeah- after paying for my husbands 90k program I agree. He’s a high earner and it didn’t up his earnings enough to justify the two years of hell.
