47, attorney, 8-10 hours/day, some minor weekend work (always "on call" for emails that come in), generous vacation (but I don't really get to take any - very busy), $360k-$400k.

Age 30. Usually I try to work 7:00-3:30 but I may have appointments with clients later in the afternoon/evening on occasion. If I do, I usually go in later that day (go to the gym in the morning instead of afternoon, etc). $130k

Yeah. This is the only post that seems off. Our property manager does nothing. We have a separate maintenance person and the property manager’s assistant does all the work.
Property managers are the worst.

Late 30’s, local government attorney, 8 hours/day unless in trial or called out on special assignment, $56K (but I don’t live in DC area, live in a small rust belt town). My school loans are all paid off so my salary is decently comfortable although it seems very low compared to most responses.
Also have generous leave that has never been denied, and a good pension/retirement plan.
