You can get a casita no questions asked by moving to the Southwest. If you have a big enough yard and prime location you can get a Tiny House and rent it out occasionally with the other times for your use.

That I don't think I'm worthy of him, that he could have done better, that I may have held him back from bigger success.

Also we are so different. He is a cool guy, and I am a science fiction/research nerd. He has magnetic charisma, people are puzzled by me and ultimately avoid me.
