Bannon is no fan of Comey. This was a coded attack on Kushner. By skillful leaks, Bannon let everybody know that Kushner was a leading proponent of firing Comey. Bannon speaks in what sounds like mumbo jumbo, but he chooses what he says carefully to advance his wacky and frankly evil, ideas.
BTW if Comey was still FBI director, he'd be doing essentially the same thing Mueller is.

When I was a stranger -- meaning an immigrant or a refugee -- you welcomed me.'" Bannon has a seriously damaged moral compass.
Another Christian can't go into Cardinal Dolan's church and receive communion without going through the process of becoming a Catholic. They, as humans, have his respect.
Why should people receive all the benefits of the American government without completing the process of becoming an American? They, as humans, have our respect.

Except there's a problem with that analogy. As with non-Catholics not eligible for receiving communion, illegal aliens also aren't eligible for receiving most federal benefits.
