You can go pretty fast if you rush and skip a lot of breadth and depth. Calculus is only one part of mathematics.

Especially young kids who don't have a lot of other advanced classes to compete with math.

What's more impressive, an 8th grader in MV Calc, or an 11th grader acing 7AP classes?

How is it possible for a 13 year old to be in a sport travel camp where they have no chance of a scholarship but infuse money into the Youth Sports Industrial Complex?

What would be the point of even trying to push your kid ahead this far?

My kids were doing math like that at that age .

We never did math camps but if the kid likes it who cares- .

Some kids love math mine do.

My friend’s son took differential equations at a 4 year state college when he was in 8th grade (and got an A). Some kids really have a math brain; his was obvious at age 4.

But are you doing multivariable though? Calculus in 8th, a dime a dozen, multivariable on the other hand, that’s a rarity.

+1. Sorry your kids are dumb, OP.

You don;t know he's not being abused. My DD has more than a few friends with overbearing, pushy parents who are abusive about grades and school performance.

I don't know what camp OP's talking about but if your child is passionate about math try the Epsilon camp.
