And my friend did not marry a guy whose last name was "Butt" - at least partially b/c of the name (maybe also b/c he insisted she take the name)

I went to school with Mike Love (from the Beach Boys) daughter. Her name was Summer. Summer Love. I dated a guy with the last name Dinkel. Great guy but I never could have married him.

The Kuntz you know is beset by problems of his own family's making. The name should be pronounced "Koontz." If they let it get bastardized to "cunts" somewhere along the way, well...

Growing up there was a kid in my neighborhood named Jake Butts. Always felt bad for him. There was also Alex Duda; pronounced "DOO-dah" and that one wasn't great either.
