Generally, if the Cape is an arm, water is warmest on the under arm from the "armpit" to the "elbow".

Is it an association beach or your own beach? We have an association beach that is a private beach for our neighborhood (along with a dock) but that doesn't seem very private to me. And while we use the dock we rarely use the beach because I prefer the Seashore beaches.
In our town there just aren't that many houses with their own beaches.
