I happen to think that Marzetti's ranch dip is like crack.

^ And for the record, I love ketchup with fries and ranch with carrot sticks/broccoli.

You embarress easily. If I were your inlaw, I would have so much fun with you.

Meh she did much more embarrassing things at that dinner. And I meant embarrassing for her, I don't care.

I'm truly fascinated by the mind of someone who even has this question. How does this issue come into OP's head? How much time has she spent thinking about it such that she has an opinion on this issue? Why? What is her daily life like? What other weird things does she ponder? Is she generally a judgmental person or is this a one-off thing? What life experiences have led her to conclude that one should age out of ketchup and ranch? We may never know.

FWIW, I have never considered this question before stumbling upon this thread, but now that I have . . . No, I do not think adults who eat ketchup or ranch are weird.

I was eating lunch in front of my new boss and she said it was the first time she saw an adult add salt to their food. What??? I love salt!!! And my BP is really low- so I'm not worried about that.

What, no! I'm not a big ketchup person but that has nothing to do with my age. I do love ranch. On, well, anything where I can kind of justify it.

This post has to be from some southern transplant here with the new administration.

Age has nothing to do with ketchup, ranch, or any other condiment. Neither does class.
