But in moderation, it can help a relationship. I learned about one technique I didn't even know about until I saw it on porn and now it's one of our favorite activities.

I don't find either to be infidelity, but it is not equivalent to fantasizing sexually- for reasons 22:14 pointed out, among others. Difference in dopamine reward seeking, actual people/exploitation involved, etc. Not a moral judgement of it. Just being realistic.
