OP, it's a bit odd, might be fueled by a comfort level with a couple/three drinks in her and your husband had his pants on. Lighten up Francis.

We've seen her as a provider, probably shouldn't have. But she's never been my DHs bosses?. She isn't a medical doctor, or psych. So no personal info during visits. We see her because she is convenient and she doesn't charge us anything she just bills insurance. She also sees a lot of people from the department/hospital

DH rode home with some people from his department. No one said anything then.

Huh? Your OP said she was one of the doctors. What do you see her for if not medical or mental health?

Haha my Husband didn't get a browbeating. Ffs.

I didn't even bring it up , he brought it up immediately and I just let him share. He asked what I would have done. I said it's hard to say I might have frozen too but I think just excusing yourself and offering her your seat would have looked a lot better and made me more comfortable. that was it. We've moved on. He's embarrassed, I'm embarrassed for him. He thought everyone at work would bring it up today. I'm sure if they did be will want to talk about again tonight. And I will let him

But it happens more than you think.

I would not have said anything if I was your DH, but I never thought of the social media side of it until someone mentioned it. I just know how my DW reacts when someone flirts with me. It always ends up being my fault somehow so now I just keep it to myself

Its sexual harrasment. Your DH was likely in shock, hence not knowing what to do. Good that he reached out to you asap. Support him in how HE wants to handle this. But he needs to realize what it was.

OP. I am a health care worker and I have seen a similar situation. A nurse got a picture of herself sitting on a doctor's lap. Then stuck it up in the OR. Then some of the (older wiser) women on staff pulled him aside and told him that we found it to be a bit much. He is a good guy and much younger than that nurse. He is not a cheater. But we did tell him how it could be received.
We also commented on how we need to stop using the term "work wife" and "work husband". I wouldn't want to know that someone is being called my husbands work wife.
Overall, in hospitals the culture leads to some questionable stuff that outsiders would view as down right out of line. In some cases, adulterous affairs have stemmed from these relationships.
Op, my advice. Clearly calmly tell your husband that you think it out if line. Then end it.

My Dh would have been a dumbass about it too. He's just very polite and wouldn't have wanted to make a scene.

I think people who know your husband won't blame him or think he's complicit. He probably looked uncomfortable.

The woman made a fool of herself.
