The median weight at Penn is a lot lower than Penn state. You don't see fat people at Penn - it is rare.

Compare the student body at Georgetown vs Maryland. MD will have the higher median weight
I don't care about median. We've toured for the last two years all ivys and some state universities. I didn't notice any significant difference. There were plenty of out of shape kids in Harvard.
