I live on this street. Didn't really know the owners, but I'm pretty sure there were no children living there, so there's at least that much.

He had a tax lien from the state. Not too much else history except foreclosure. There was a guilty plea for an undermined shed in the back yard in 2000. I suspect suicide explosion.
I don't know why he didn't just sell. Records show it was purchased for 82k in 1985.

Is it possible that I heard this on the Hill? Last night around the time you posted there was a loud bang. I assumed the neighbors did something. But it did sound like a kid falling out bed.
Perhaps? Capitol Hill to this address, as the crow flies, is 12 miles. This was a HUGE explosion.
