He has many gay friends.
He has little interest in sex, he's not enthusiastic about it, I am always prompting him during as well as initiating sex.
He sometimes has trouble keeping an erection.
He doesn't have the typical bachelor pad. It's super clean, decorated very nicely. He decorates seasonally.
He is a great cook.
He is very concerned about his appearance.
I'll take him as my boyfriend, gay or not.

#1 doesn't mean shit.
#2 makes me wonder about you as in why did you chose him for a boyfriend.

So ultimately the only question to be answered is why are you with this guy?
But all put together? Sounds gay.

I went to her wedding and her then husband was very put together and sounded in his voice quality. It was 100% clear to me at the time that he was gay (he had an InSync dance at the reception and he looked super gay dancing).
Months later they divorced and it turned out guy got married because of his conservative parents and he tried "fitting in" as straight. I think a lot of people have conservative families and are afraid to come out.
Someone earlier wrote.."it's 2017"...Well there are still very conservative places/parents in the Us and some young people try to fit in and please their families.
OP...don't marry someone who doesn't want sex before the wedding. It will be nonexistent after and you may want a kid someday or just like to have sex.
Does he wear a dress when he is putting the tchotchkes around the dining room table?
That's a really ignorant thing to say, and is offensive to men and women, straight and gay.
