How are college tours scheduled? Can parent and student just show up for a college tour on a holiday or do we have to call the admissions office?
Will any information be available on college website?
can some one post any examples of how to schedule college tour?
sorry for dumb questions.
most schools would like you to schedule ahead of time so they can get the right number of tour guides. Some schools track interest so not only do you need to sign-up ahead, you have to check-in when arriving.
Every school has something like this: https://admissions.umd.edu/visit/terrapintour.php
the college website has everything you need.
