Apparently there is large tree adjacent to WJ that is also popular for dealing and it's widely known. No idea why the police or school officials haven't shut that down. As for the prescription drug Xanax, I would hardly call it a "designer" drug of any kind. We know lots of adults (most of them just plain old middle class) who have prescriptions for it.

At 19, the dealer was not a 'boy', he was an adult, and he should go to jail for a long enough time to understand that actions have consequences. And I, for one, don't feel badly for 'all involved', since those 'boys' knew exactly what they were doing. Ugh.
