If they say it on rap radio, it's fair game.
Go for it! See if you make it out alive.

Breitbart used the term flyover country way back in 2009.
FYSA: conservative elites are likely the ones who coined the terms redneck, flyover country, and white trash...to distinguish themselves from the less-than whites (since the conservative elites are white and live in the same red states). Now they use the terms to manipulate the lower-class by saying the liberal elites believe they are dim-witted trash. It's quite befuddling given that liberals champion the safety net and work in the social service/anti-poverty advocacy arena. I suppose they might learn what's what under a Trump administration with republican control of the congress. If they decimate the safety net, destroy Medicare and SS, make health care worse, decrease benefits, and harm the economy, then maybe they will understand which party cares about others and which party only cares about the wealthy.
I am reading a book called White Trash by Nancy Eisenberg right now. It's a best seller. It's about the history of poor white people and basically talks about those terms coming from wealthy white people to distinguish themselves.
Yes, that's what I said. I went even further to clarify that the term was created by wealthy conservative whites.

Redneck is typically code for small minded, poorly educated racist/homophobic gun-toting moron. If the shoe fits...
Having said that, it isn't PC. Or, it wasn't unti Trump won the election by telling people that PC nonsense shouldn't be tolerated. As such, game on, no?
Actually redneck arises from slavery when the white overseers had to be out in the fields with the slaves and developed red necks from the sun

Trump basically promised socialism but only for the right sort of people. I see his election- and the animus of Trump voters against 'normal' GOP politicians - as a sign that the days of small government are over.
I know it seems crazy now but it will happen.
