I always go to the agent's website and look if it sold or is still available.

I wish Bravo could do those updates they do at the end of the season of the Housewives shows. They focus a lot on two or three particular properties throughout the season but there's never a follow up.

They didn't show what happened after she hosted the open house. A Google search suggests it did not sell and was taken off the market in June.

In this season, we saw Tracy try to get the listing from that really particular guy. He wanted no shoes, she had hand rolled cigars for him, and we later learned Josh A briefly had the listing but the client was too demanding. She ended up getting the listing but I never saw what happened after she got it and was calling her all the time. Did they say?

OMG stop talking about season 1 or 2 or whatever. Chad and Madison haven't been on the show in YEARS.

I think this poster was talking about the very first episode of the entire series and how it is so different now.

A few things, The first episode had a bunch of older agents who worked at Coldwell Banker selling super duper ugly houses that likely were worth a million or so, but just old and ugly. Also the video was so so bad.
Then it moved onto the douche squad with Madison, Josh and Chad. Josh had a birthday party with girls talking about sleeping with him and trying to make out with him, but it ended with him alone in a room feeling sorry for himself.

She's not a top agent. She has NEVER been on the RealTrends list. Fredrick (ranked in top 10 last year), Ryan S (ranked in top 10 last year), Steve Gold (#35 ind, 141m), Altman (#1, medium team, 381m), James/David (#4, small team, 392m) and Flagg (#6, small team, 265m) are.
