Madonna truly kicked us.

She should be our Mayor.

Why do you think Grosso will fail? Silverman can't win. She won't get any black wards, but Grosso definitely could. My favorite is Kenyan McDuffie, but I don't think he's ready yet.

Good grief people. Silverman, Grosso, and McDuffie are ten times worst than Bowser.

Hell no!

I accept your deal.

I second it. He can be my mayor for life.

Agreed. But, more realistically, I'd take Anthony Williams back any day!

Anthony Williams did an adequate job - which is saying a lot compared to the incompetence, corruption, cronyism, and kleptocracy waged on DC by year's of rule under Marion Barry.

Barry's legacy of corruption persists under Bowser, though thankfully to a lesser degree. Just look at the most recent audit of the response to last year's blizzard.

Sadly, we could have been enjoying competent leadership under Catania - but too many DC residents still refuse to vote for any white candidate.

And the homophobia in some wards didn't help, nor does it reflect well on DC's population.

I don't just think it was because he was white. I'm black and I voted for him. Unfortunately, a lot of people hate Catania. There were many personal stories of mean shit he did.
