Of your list, Eamonn and Emmett are my favorites. I'm an ES teacher, and Connor is so overdone. Casey is okay, but kind of dated to the '80s. Same with Zachary, but the '90s. Doesn't make them bad, that's just my association. Brendan, Aaron, and Ryan are fine. Not my style, though.

If you like Eamonn, go for it. It says Irish, and I think most people will be able to pronounce it.

I like it but I've never met anyone outside of Ireland with that name.

Irish names are very trendy.

He's 5. I always thought of it of as a boys' name that girls also could have. I don't know if he's been mistaken for a girl on paper before or not. On anything official his middle name is included, and that's a name that can't be confused with a female name at all. Sometimes when I call places, like to schedule a haircut, I'll give his name and if they use a female pronoun I just respond that he's a boy and that's that. We actually don't know any female Caseys, but I know there are a lot out there. It was the only name that DH and I both liked so it was the one we chose!

I love it. I'm of Irish descent and loved Aidan until it became so popular. I also love Patrick, Connal, and Seamus

I think it's beautiful. My big brother had a close friend in school named Eamonn. He was brilliant and kind and was extremely popular. And he wasn't Irish. If I could learn to pronounce his name as a young child, then your son will be fine.
