I'm betting he'll double his net worth during his first year in office by greasing all the business deals.
Well, the Clintons left the White House broke and today they are worth tens of millions of dollars - or is it hundreds of millions - so they have done well influence peddling.
How did they influence peddle *after* they left office?
Trump is peddling his influence even before he has taken office. There'll be a heck a lot more during and after. He can reap the profits after he leaves, but per Trump, his advisers and cabinet members can't for at least five years. What's good for them is obviously not good for him. Wow, you guys are blind.
The Clinton Foundation received tens of millions of dollars after Hillary became SoS from various entities. I understand there are reports that contributions to the CF have almost dried up since she lost the election. I wonder why ........

Clintons are old news. If you offended by what they are alleged to have done then you should be mortified by what Trump is already doing.
Are you?

Are you an idiot? Clinton is not the one who is POTUS. So are you fine with Trump corruption? As long as your guy is corrupt it is acceptable, right? You are not even getting any share of it? Are you? Heck, screw your sorry life, right? Its all about fucking the dems. As long as the dems are fucked you don't care if you are fucked even more. Welcome to trumpland.
You moron ..... the Clinton Foundation received tens of millions in contributions because Hillary was SoS.
The people giving the money were not doing it out of the goodness of their hearts. Hillary did not get paid $250K for a 45 min speech because she had any particularly profound thoughts to impart.
I did not vote for Trump but to get on your high horse about Trump's ethics when we had Hillary as our nominee with her dubious ethics is a joke.
And the Clinton Foundation put that money to a worthy cause - lowering the cost of AIDS medications for millions of patients around the world.
It also gives money to help prevent deforestation and runs and funds many other worthy programs.

I assume you also have a problem with the money Bush, Giuliani, Romney, Reagan, and yes TRUMP HIMSELF have made giving speeches, too, right? In fact, according to this Forbes list, Trump is #1 in cashing in on speakers fees: $1.5 MILLION per speech at the Learning Annex:

I have problems with anyone in public office or having left public office then cashing in through lobbying or other influence peddling. I don't care what their political ideology.
The Clintons are grifters and they have made tens of millions of dollars using the Foundation and don't tell me all that went to charitable purposes. I don't approve of Trump by any means but when he was making money giving speeches he had not come out of holding some public office.
Why do you guys have a problem with just acknowledging that the Clintons are just corrupt no matter how they choose to disguise it? As a liberal, for me the crying shame is that we actually nominated a piece of crap like Hillary to run for president and as a result we now have to live with Trump as president. Hillary was probably the only Democrat of any prominence that he could have beat and we made sure that we nominated her!
So enough with your sanctimonious b-s ....... Trump lacks ethics and the Clintons are just as bad if not worse.
Not PP. You are the idiot pushing Trump's corruption under the rug while talking about tangential things. Didn't you get the MEMO, Trump is the swamp and the likes of you can't point finger at the dems anymore. Look at yourself and vote him out if he doesn't meet the standards you expected from Hillary or Obama. otherwise you are the S in BS.

Drain the swamp and replace it with an even bigger one.

That said, if you didn't object to the Clinton's money making through political connections, including while Hillary was SoS, just as objectionable then you are partisan hypocrites.
The CF was not her personal business. Unlike Trump, she didn't use the Foundation's money to pay her legal fees.
Seriously? Did I mention the CF? You don't think their political connections and her position entered into his personal income?

In a binary two party system, even assuming you are right and Hillary is corrupt, its a choice between trump who is corrupt a million times more and also being a sexist, racist, incompetent moron. By any yard stick Hillary is better off but the press created a false equivalence as if they both are equally worse. They are not. TRUMP WILL BE CHASED BY SCANDALS and will end his presidency in disgrace.
