This thread should be split into two.
The first would be "Movies so dumb I don't get why anyone wants to watch them" (e.g. Titanic)
The second would be "Movies I'm way too stupid to understand" (e.g. movies by Tarantino or Kubrick)

It follows creeped me out so bad. I thought it was a metaphor for AIDS but there's a lot of theories floating around the Internet.
I think it was a statement about the unforeseen emotional/psychological consequences of hook-up culture.
Kinda late in the game for an aids metaphor.
I'm generally not a fan of the so-called brilliant subtle thrillers like It Follows and The Babadook.
