I feel the need to share that for the longest time, my mom would only listen to Jimmy Buffet when my DS was in the car with her. She'd skip over "Why Don't We Get Drunk and Screw," but she had my 3yo singing "Boat Drinks" non-stop.

Ha ha yes. SO generic.
Their songs all sound plagiarized too. I will listen to them on the radio (background noise), and hear snippets that sound so familiar to me. Once their song could be sung along to the entirety of "phantom of the opera" (just the titular song), and it was like a solid match. I can't remember which one.

She definitely had a period of songs I love: halo, sweet dreams. And I liked destiny's child. But now? I cannot figure out how to listen to her long enough. I don't think it's that artistic, or maybe it's TOO artistic and I'm getting lost. Definitely don't understand the worship.
