Who eats at Burger King?
Everyone realizes the health code violations and general grossness of the fast food and restaurant industry more generally. I'm a little surprised that folks aren't bothered by a stranger rubbing their bare hand all over the mouthpiece of the lid. That's all.
You guys should actually be more worried about the disposable cup itself, which is lined with plastics and various other materials (depending on whether the cup is styrofoam or paper), which have negative health effects. Take your own cup or pour into your mug ASAP! Anonymous wrote:Why don't you take the lid off to drink the coffee? I always take the lid off.
Anonymous wrote:Every time I go to Starbucks this happens. I take the lid off. It grosses me out and I think Starbucks should have training for this. I make most of my coffee at home. Also I was stuck in the Chicago airport for a long time and sat near a Starbucks and ended up watching the workers. (7 hour delay) It was so gross their habits. They had this giant portable bin to refill ice and the thing was so dirty on the outside. I can only guess how clean the bin was on the inside. All those ice drinks they make. Gross. My 7 hour delay kind of ruined Starbucks for me.
