Subject: what did you do this weekend
Apple Store, Lowes, sex twice, couple of drinks, nice dinner out, watched a movie with the whole family, helped with homework and had a great dinner on the grill last night. It was a perfect weekend.

Saturday: In the daytime, prepared for and taught a workshop where we made healing toothpaste and lotion with common wild plants. Met 11 friendly people and would like to stay in touch with a few. Evening hung out with husband, daughter and dog.
Sunday: slow to wake up, doddled and took a nap. Then drank coffee and cleaned, cooked, ran errands for 5-6 hours while DH relaxed and DD, 2.5 played nearby.
Sunday night, everyone asleep: read "Captains of Consciousness: Advertising and the Social Roots of the Consumer Culture" by Stuart Ewen.
Good weekend.
