The head of the Lebanese delegation has confirmed that the Israeli delegation deliberately tried to make the Lebanese athletes get off the bus that was assigned for the Lebanese".
That's when he took action and closed the door on the already loaded bus.
This is from l'Orient Le Jour" newspaper.

I think they should be disqualified and barred from the games. Ban the whole fucking country if need be. The Lebanese behaved like middle school kids in this incident, and they look pretty bad. Hopefully they will loose big time!

The Lebanese didn't show much Olympic spirit there, but there's only so many times you can turn the other cheek. No one can deny Israel expansionist policy hasn't been asking for it, over the years.
Israel invaded Lebanon in 1982 and occupied southern Lebanon up until 2000, during which time they slaughtered thousands of Lebanese civilians, including women and children.
Accusing Lebanese athletes of having poor Olympic spirit is absurd. Lebanese athletes have every right to refuse riding a bus with Israelis.

+1....I'm pretty sure if I were in their shoes I would throw sportsmanship to the wind as well. It's to judge from the comfort of cushy lives here.
There will always be troubles where the Muslims go...sad but true.
Lebanon is 54% Muslim and 41% Christian
