I thought the press conference was quite effective.
And, he also reminded the press, and the American people that Hillary has not held a press conference in over 235 days.
Last one was Dec. 7 and she answered a mere 7 questions.
Compare that to the one Trump held today - an hour long and he answered dozens of questions.
I have no doubt at all that a Clinton presidency will be much the same.... lack of access, secretive, and corrupt.
The press conference is also very funny. I enjoyed the part where he talked about Anthony Wiener.
Yep, he pretty much says it like it is. What did he say about Weiner.... “a sleaze ball and a pervert?” Hard to argue with that.

The assumption is that they hacked her server and he is saying that if they have it he hopes they would be released. What is wrong with the release of emails that one of these parties have gained possession?
According to Republicans, all of the emails will include Hillary personally saying "stand down in Benghazi, I want all the bloodshed!" and other dire secrets you're sure are there, so it's weird you'd want them out there. Hacked. By invitation of a presidential candidate. For the "law and order" party.

“It would be interesting to see, I will tell you this, Russia, if you're listening I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” the Republican nominee said at a news conference in Florida. “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.”

I want to see the video. I seem to recall a pause between "rewarded mightily"....."by our press". Long enough that I thought, "Holy shit, is he promising to reward it himself?" Like he promised to pay people's legal fees if they beat up protestors?
It is on this link. http://www.politicususa.com/2016/07/27/live-press-conference-trump-asks-putin-hack-find-clinton-emails.html
Nice try on trying to make something of this. There was NO pause between those phrases. None at all.
Your recollection is pretty bad.
Well, the whole sentence where he was speaking to Russia got slower. It sounds to me like he's really talking to them, highlighting "rewarded"

Nope. He's a loose cannon. And don't you think for a second he won't take the likes of you down if it suits him
Ha ha ha. Yeah, he is going to “take me down.” Ha ha ha.

Oh, gee. He was being sarcastic--and, no, I don't think he is that dumb. Comey has already told us that, while there is no proof, that it is entirely possible that her server was hacked. "Experts" (as the DNC likes to say) have said that it is extremely likely that her email was hacked.
As for Trump's tax returns--of course, he should release them. However, his lack of release pales in comparison to the lengths that Hillary went to in order to hide documents that were subject to FOIA. Trump was correct when he said she deleted them even though there was a subpoena.
I've said before, the choices at the top of the tickets are not good.

He said if Russia, China or anyone else has the deleted emails he would like to have them released so that he can see what they contain. I agree with him. Why hide these deleted emails? He did not invite anyone to hack any servers. If the emails have been deleted they cannot be hacked.
Because they were hacked.
So, you are ok with Assange releasing all of our Top secret files?
I am certainly glad that he released the DNC emails that showed how they screwed with Bernie.
I would like for those "personal" emails that Clinton deleted from her private server to be released. Let us see how personal they really are or whether they relate to the Clinton foundation.

Like Trump's tax returns.
Which he has promised to release after the IRS audit.
