I am about 125 lbs and like to eat clean on weekdays so I can splurge when I go out on weekends. Works for me because I don't feel deprived. I also love being active so work out in some way 4-5 days a week.
Here is my usual weekday menu:
Breakfast: Tea with milk, steel cut oatmeal with fruit or green smoothie
Lunch: Salad with some protein
Snack: Fruit
Dinner: Small portion of fish or protein with side of veggie
Weekend menu:
Breakfast

ancakes with bacon or some other indulgent item
Lunch: Sandwich
Dinner: 2-3 drinks and whatever cuisine we are eating out with no restrictions
