Somehow, she got credited with being a minority in a legal directory. It appears that she chose to do this. Interesting that she did this later in her career--but before her Harvard hire.

Its true. I am a strong Hillary supporter, but I can find nothing to attack about Donald Trump's actions in elected or appointed office.

Not believing the “family lore,” I mean lie.
Lots of people have family traditions of Native American ancestry, and do not have documentary proof. That does not mean they are lying.
Total tangent here--on 23andMe, there are boards devoted to this (not to E. Warren, but to this issue). Apparently, tons of people believe they have a Native American ancestor, but they get their genetic results, and they do not. It's some weird epidemic and I have no theory as to why this is.
As to Trump, it's using one word to convey an idea--it's a soundbite, if you will. It's perfectly suited to the mass medium of the day.
I'm now old enough to have enough of a comparison point from the past, so I feel like I'm watching the demise of the West. I try to take hope from in that even the middle-aged ancients were going on about the demise of their culture, so maybe it's just my age, and not so dire of a situation. My friend from China is not worried; she says American government is designed to survive an incompetent (or a variety of negative adjectives) in the Presidency (this label could apply to a few people, not just Trump).
Apparently they can't tolerate Trump's usage of words and the way he conveys his message, but it's perfectly fine for them to promote a culture of Kayne West, Kardashian, lady gaga etc. If you really think about it, all the attacks on Donald Trump have nothing to do with what he has DONE but on his brash tone. Yet Warren lied about her heritage and used that to get employed by Harvard. That action is racism by itself. Warren did a racist act.

Why is media not calling him out strongly for using "Pocahontas" in name calling? Why is media not strong enough to say, Trump calling anyone racist is just amusing. I am starting to think may be he does not understand what racist mean.

Yes, Trump is a flaming racist.
