Sort of, certain religon value systems are in direct violation of the constitution and freedom.
That is not how the first amendment works.
It's perfectly legal to hate democracy and live here. It's perfectly legal to talk about it. It's not legal to kill people for it.
The first amendment doesn't discriminate against ideologies.
Well-said. Exactly correct.
It's not legal for a radical mosque to threaten violence against the US. And yes, they can be raided and dismantled for it.

This is exactly it. But Trump's supporters include many haters. They, like he, find it easier to blame others -- immigrants, Muslims, Mexicans -- for their economic and other woes than to address these complex problems realistically. Trump is wooing his people using simple, hate-based arguments and the haters are lapping it up, many of them waving their guns.
I was beyond apalled at Trump's response to the Orlando shootings. The shooter was an American-born maniac filled with hatred, but he was not a member of a terrorist group. How would Trump's proposal to ban Muslims protect Americans from other Americans? If the killer had not had access to semi-automatic guns, he could not have killed so many so quickly. Hatred is the root, but guns are the weapon of choice of hate-filled maniacs because they are so easy to obtain thanks to the NRA and its supporters.
Here's my suggestion: Why don't we deport all NRA members and then ban them and their families from entering this country? That, plus a ban on semi-automatic weapons, and our country will be a much safer place.
And Rest In Hell: the gun industry.
Mateen wasn't a maniac. He was following his chosen religion of Islam which states that being gay is punishable by death and he martyred himself for the Koran.
"But but but that's not the REAL Islam." LOL. Yeah it is the real Islam. All over the world. I have never met or even heard of any Muslim and certainly no Muslim leader who doesn't basically come across as an apologist for these kinds of attacks. Every single Muslim is well aware that the Koran not only permits but actually encourages this kind of violence. Among themselves, they are fine with it, because they know someone like Omar Mateen is just a true believer in their shared religion and willing to die for it. So they actually admire him. Of course when among non-Muslims they do their best to mask their true feelings.
I do not know why Mateen did it. There is anger and Hate for sure. Maybe he was also instigated by ISIS ideology. But this is no different than the hate, anger of white supremacist ideology. I am only changing only few words of your paragraph below and see how what you said sounds same for white supremacist ideology. So now what do you think?
Dylan Roof wasn't a maniac. He was following his chosen religion of White Supremacy which states that being non-white is punishable by death and he martyred himself(death penalty is waiting) for the white supremacist ideology.
"But but but that's not the REAL white supremacy(whites only want to mix with other whites) ." LOL. Yeah it is the real white supremacy. All over the white world. I have never met or even heard of any white supremacist and certainly no white supremacist leader who doesn't basically come across as an apologist for these kinds of attacks. Every single racist is well aware that the supremacist ideology not only permits but actually encourages this kind of violence. Among themselves, they are fine with it, because they know someone like Dylan Roof is just a true believer in their shared ideology and willing to die for it. So they actually admire him. Of course when among non-whites they do their best to mask their true feelings.

My question for you Trumpers is -- is my husband Muslim enough for the immigration ban? Is country of birth and religion of record from that county enough to forbid his entry under the new world order?

You realize that ISIS is waging an actual worldwide war on the west and killing lots of people in the name of Islam?
Glad you think that's just a narrative, you probably think Orlando was a narrative too.

The temporary band would cover those countries that engage in terror and that are having a current ongoing issue with terror. So you tell me.
Which countries "engage in terror?" Terrorism of some sort is everywhere.
