I worked from home yesterday and did a class from noon -1pm. As a matter of fact I do that class nearly every day.

I don't see the issue. DH works from home half the week. I work nights so am usually up around 2. Some days we can squeeze in some fun. Some days DH is swamped, in the zone, or just too busy. I've never taken offense to it.
