My 12yo loves all the cooking shows, especially Chopped.
Re: Grey's, is it some kind of trend among 12-13yo girls? My girl's two best friends are watching it, she says everyone is watching it. I forbid it. She is furious. Says she is the only one not allowed.

Amazon prime has some good tween shows - Gordamore Gibbons, life on Normal street.
Both my 4th grader & 8th grader will watch together.
Old Dr. Who (they like the old ones for some reason)

We watch Bob's Burgers, My Little Pony, Littlest Pet shop, Supergirl, Sherlock, old Star Trek, Dr. Who, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ( 2012) My older DC likes "My name is Earl" which I missed when it was on but it is entertaining. My younger DC likes Batman, the annimated series, Teen Titans ( but not Teen Titans, Go) and a few other Batman series which I forget their names.
