Well now this is silly. Your kids are not that dumb. It obviously bothers YOU, and your "older" kids might think the names are silly, but they're not so stupid that they can't get it straight. My 8yo niece knows that my kid calls Grandma something different. If by older, you mean 3, give it a few months, your kids will figure it out.

Um, I know plenty of people and come from a huge family. eveyrone calls the grandparents the same name. The grandparents call themselves that once the first grandkid starts it. its pretty straightforward.

Well let me introduce you to the Millers. My son calls my parents Moma and Papa; his cousins call them Grandma and Grandpa. I tried reaching him Grandma and Grandpa, but he pronounced it incorrectly, and it stuck. It hasn't caused one bit of confusion in our family.

As long as they are not calling you by a name you did not choose, it is not your problem.
If you and your kids keep using the same name, it is not your problem.
If your parents ask for help to talk to SIL, then you can get involved if you want, but otherwise just keep quiet.
