most women in their twenties and thirties would much rather marry a guy who is 30-35 than a guy over 35. a lot of women are wary of single men over 40, no matter how wealthy he is.
Definitely. I'm in my 20s and a 40 year old seems ancient.
I think I know only one girl in my (large) friend group who ended up with an old dude and she was from a very poor background and not all that attractive, so her dating options were limited and she was desperate for financial security.
For any woman with options, 40+ is not one.
This. I thought forty plus men were too old when I was in my early 30s.

After a while the price drops down to market value, but by then normal buyers pass because the house has been "sitting too long" so surely something is wrong with it.

His announcement made a point of saying there was no date set, because they want to "enjoy their engagement." In fact, I have yet to hear him use a phrase like "we're getting married". It may be semantics, but he always phrases it as "we're engaged."
Said that he has never found the right girl. He's a great guy, has an awesome job. Makes good money. Has a great family. He should have been taken years ago. What am I missing?

Why is baldness always looked at so negatively? I'm 6', good shape, and have thinning hair. Feel like women are going to look at me like a loser.
