Eat a LOT of plants (not a lot of meat/dairy). Exercise. Drink a lot of water. Coffee in the morning. I poop 2-3x a day, and it takes no longer than a pee.
I feel the "urge" - like pressure bearing down. Make a trip to the bathroom. Push. Wipe. Exit. I don't leave a smell or trace (honestly).
Repeat an hour later for my 2nd morning poop.
I'm always confused by people like you, OP. What are your habits like? I've always wondered who the people are who stink up a public restroom. What are your eating habits like?

It's healthier to go several times a day.

Yeah, because every single thing about a person is 100% under his or her control. People are different.
Who said that?
And yes, many (though not every) thing is under a person's control. I've never met a person on a mostly plant-based diet, who exercised regularly and drank a lot of water, that had trouble pooping.
