So I guess the Giants should be called the East Rutherford, New Jersey professional gridiron team????Dumb comment!
Well, "Giants" isn't a racist moniker, so that's the chief reason for my construction.
Also, it's a well known fact that New York has only one NFL team: The Buffalo Bills.

Green Bay had wins against 3 playoff teams, Seattle, KC and the Vikings. Seattle and KC both have very good chances of getting to the Super Bowl.

Yes, there's a shared memory among those who grew up here of indelible moments - John Riggins off left tackle for the TD in the Super Bowl, Ken Houston stopping Walt Garrison at the goal line during the Dallas game, all the QB successes from Jurgenson to Kilmer to Theisman to Williams to Rypien, and much more. I hate Dan Snyder with a passion, but I'll never stop rooting for the Redskins. It's a part of me.

born and raised here...I am 40. I have come to hate the NFL, and everything you said, but I felt the same way!Anonymous wrote:I really want to hate them because I hate their owner and I hate their name. However, I've lived in the area since I was 3 (I'm now 39) and I can't help but be a little bit excited to see them in the playoffs.

This town and its undying love of the 'skins, I just don't get it.
All that said: GO PACK GO.
Loyalty? My husband and I both grew up here (he was born in DC) so we have both been lifelong skins fans. So yeah, loyalty.
You like that?
Two losers who never moved away.
People move here to the most powerful city in the world, dumbass. There's little reason to move away.
