Two former friends got discovered by the wife from a hotel bill that came home for a time when the guy was supposed to be somewhere else. The guy got found out and gave up the affair to save his marriage. Woman's husband never found out but they got divorced soon afterwards anyway.

I often think of these former "friends" and how false they were to me and to their spouses. They often used me on restaurant dates as an "extra" (before I knew they were sleeping together) to throw off suspicion that they were spending so much time together and were an item. I thought they were friends, but they didn't really care about me. I was so dumb.
